Terms & Conditions
- Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes.
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking; balance is due 14 days before arrival.
- Third-party services (flights, visas, insurance) are the responsibility of the traveller.
- Itinerary changes after confirmation may incur additional charges based on supplier terms.
- Cey Lion Tours (Pvt) Ltd is licensed by the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority.
Refund Policy
- Cancellations 30+ days before arrival — full refund minus 5% processing fee.
- Cancellations 15–29 days before arrival — 50% refund of total booking value.
- Cancellations within 14 days — no refund, but credit valid for 12 months.
- Force majeure cancellations are handled case-by-case with maximum flexibility.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
